Applicant and partner data is processed solely for screening, evaluations, assessment scoring, and compliance verification in connection with staffing and facility contracts.

3. Data Security

We store data securely using Neon PostgreSQL and Cloudflare R2 object storage. No personal details are sold or leased to third parties.
